WORK ACCIDENTS
If the accident entity allows it, the worker must be moved to the BSE hospital in Montevideo or other clinics fitted by BSE near the place. If the translation is not possible due to the seriousness of the injuries, the injured person must be moved to the nearest medical care center maintaining communication with the Bank at all times.
The employer or one of his representing must report the accident only by web line, in the correspondence form, within the next 72 working hours in Montevideo and before 5 working days en el Interior. This procedure is mandatory and a fine can be imposed in case of breach of procedure.
